Log analysis for Windows?

I have a new Windows server, and this time I didn't need (much) help getting more than one IP address to work with IIS and Frontier.

This server has unmetered bandwidth, so we're loading it up with MP3s from Dawn & Drew, Adam, myself and probably others. Drew wants log information, and of course so do I.

So, I've been hunting for a free or low-cost log analysis tool for Windows.

The files are in the standard format. Here's an example.
